Privacy notice
Effective 28 September 2026. This notice explains how we process personal data you provide on agentwall.cz, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. The Czech version is authoritative.
1. Controller

2. What we process
- From the pilot sign-up: your work e-mail and, optionally, company name, the AI agents you use and the systems they can access.
- Technical data about the sign-up: language and page it was sent from, time of submission and time of confirmation.
- Your IP address is used only when the form is submitted, to protect against abuse (rate limiting). It is not stored with your sign-up.
The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to contact you about the AgentWall pilot programme and send you related information. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm by clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail. Without confirmation we send you nothing further.
4. Retention
We keep the data until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 2 years after our last communication. After that period the data is deleted.
5. Processors
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.: hosting of the form service and database (Microsoft Azure, West Europe region, the Netherlands).
- Seznam.cz, a.s.: e-mail delivery (SMTP), Czech Republic.
We do not sell or share the data with anyone else. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA by a processor happens only with appropriate safeguards (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to martin@zcloud.cz; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
